Thank you for your purchase from our web store.
Cathy Jean will gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise with original receipt and in original box within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds are given in the original method of payment.

All returns must be wrapped and in it’s original shoe box. Exchanges are done at local stores within 30 days of receipt with the exception of orders out of the Cathy Jean area. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has been previously exchanged. All exchanges are final sale. If you have any concerns please email customerservice@cathyjeanshoes.com
