Thank you for your purchase from our web store.
We gladly accept refunds on unworn merchandise within 10 days of receipt. However, if it is pass the refund deadline, we will not accept it, unless you do not have a Cathy Jean Store in your area, then exceptions can be made.

All returns must be wrapped and in the original shoe box, if it is not wrapped or boxed appropriately, we will not accept it.
Exchanges are done at local stores and within 30 days of purchase, unless you live in an area where there is no Cathy Jean Store.
