Processing
All orders may take up to 10 business days to process. During the 10 business days your order status will be shown as "pending".
If we can not locate your size, your order status will be changed to "cancelled".
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
Shipping
We are currently offering free ground shipping on orders over $35. Any order under $35 will have a flat rate charge of $7.00 for ground shipping and other options of UPS delivery are calculated automatically at checkout, when ZIP code is informed. Refunds are issued in the amount of the shoe purchased. Return shipping fees are non-refundable
From the date that your order ships, your order status will be shown as "shipped" and it will take approximately 3-7 business days to Ship Ground delivery. All orders are shipped through UPS. When your order ships you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking #.
Please note that the UPS website may take up to 24 hours to reflect your tracking information.
Unfortunately we can no longer ship to APO/FPO, PO box addresses, and we not offer upgraded shipping.
Deliveries are made M-F, excluding holidays.
The above policy applies to in-stock items only, NO BACK ORDERS.
At this time, we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States.
